As a Parts Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining an organized stock of spare parts, facilitating seamless customer interactions, and optimizing vendor relationships. Your responsibilities include:
- Procuring and replenishing spare parts by efficiently managing the ordering and receiving process.
- Providing accurate price quotes to customers and effectively managing backorders.
- Cultivating strong vendor relations by promptly addressing invoicing, shipment slips, and billing matters.
- Conducting routine inspections of inventory to guarantee inventory levels meet customer delivery demands.
- Collaborating with different departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Proactively identifying low inventory levels and initiating timely orders to replenish stock.
- Working across warehouses, maintenance departments, and wholesale and retail outlets to oversee parts inventory.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Carpentry knowledge is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse departments.
- Proficiency in managing multiple inventories.
- Strong Excel skills for accurate data management and analysis.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
